Cutting chart
Cut strips across the width of fabric, then subcut. All measurements include 1/4" seam allowances.

Cut 14 strips 5 7/8" x WOF.

Cut 14 strips 5 7/8" x WOF.

Border1 1/8 yd
Cut 8 strips 4 1/2" x WOF; join them end to end, then cut the four borders to length.
Binding3/4 yd
Cut 8 strips 2 1/2" x WOF; join them on the diagonal and press in half lengthwise.
Backing, binding, batting
Backing
5 3/8 yd of 42" fabric: 2 panels 96" long, seamed lengthwise, for a 76" x 96" back (4" extra on every side for the longarm or your frame). Or 2 3/4 yd of 108" wide backing, no seams.
Binding
8 strips 2 1/2" x WOF, joined on the diagonal and folded in half: 312" around the quilt plus 12" for the corners and the join.
Batting
A piece at least 76" x 96".
